The Mariah Fan Club presales are now explained on MariahCarey.com. There are two types of memberships. One is called a legacy membership and consists of people who joined before May 18 of 2006. These legacy members will receive presale access starting at 10 a.m. local time for all fan club presales.
Regular members joining after May 18 will be able to access all remaining presale tickets at noon on the same day using their unique password, or presumably, by signing up for a new fan club membership.
