Mariah Carey tickets for her upcoming tour will go on sale starting today. There is an Amex presale for her Madison Square Garden show today at 9 a.m. Amex presales for other venues, including the Mohegan Sun Casino, Turning Stone Casino, Continental Airlines Arena, TD Banknorth Garden and the United Center in Chicago will start at 10 a.m. local time at the same time as the fan club presales start.
The Mariah Carey fan club is still accepting new members at mariahcarey.com. Though the website does not explicit state this, it is possible that new members joining after May 18 will not receive presale ticket access.
If you have not joined yet, there is hope though. Ticketmaster has listed an event called the "Mariah Carey Fan Club Membership" which may mean you will be able to join as you buy presale tickets. That page is listed here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/1035224 but you may just want to go to the normal Mariah Carey ticket onsale page at sale time to see if there is an option for joining as you buy.
