There will be another presale on Tuesday morning for tickets to see Bon Jovi in Canada as they promote Lost Highway. The presale will only be available to American Express card holders. For those of you with an AmEx, you can enter the 800 number from the back of your card as the password, and then you must pay for tickets using your American Express card.
