Dallas Cowboys get 2011 Super Bowl
The Dallas Cowboys were awarded the Super Bowl and will host it in 2011. A major factor in the NFL's decision to award the Super Bowl to Dallas rather than contenders Indianapolis and Phoenix was the fact that the Cowboys new stadium will seat over 100,000 people and up to 110,000 for the Super Bowl once they add big screens in seating sections at either end zone.
Fans Smash the Orange Peel Website
Update: Tickets will go on sale at 7 p.m. tonight through Ticketmaster.com. Click the link below to get there. Also, despite tickets going on sale for San Francisco on Saturday, the event is still not up on Stubhub. They may not do the event because it was will call only, but they have created this page for the Pumpkins, so it remains to be seen.

In the end, they have punted. They are going to let Ticketmaster handle ticketing for the event. Dates are up on ticketmaster for the shows, but no new sale time has been announced. Tickets will go on sale here so keep checking for an announcement of the new on sale date.

Projekt Revolution take 3, starring Linkin Park and Taking Back Sunday will storm the country at the end of the summer. Tickets will go on presale today for the fan clubs. You can use the Taking Back Sunday presale password, which is TBSPR3, or get the Linkin Park presale password from lpunderground.com. Projekt Revolution is an all-day festival starting around noon in most cities.

Clemens First Start Back Could be a Doozy
Roger Clemens, it was announced today, will likely make his first start on Friday for Class A Tampa. Tickets for that event are will call only at this point for reasons related to ticket shipping. However, if he stays on a five-day rotation and makes three starts before returning to the New York Yankees, which is the plan, his first start would be this game. Good stuff - might be a good game to hold if you have tickets...maybe even worth buying some up now.
