Update: Tickets will go on sale at 7 p.m. tonight through Ticketmaster.com. Click the link below to get there. Also, despite tickets going on sale for San Francisco on Saturday, the event is still not up on Stubhub. They may not do the event because it was will call only, but they have created this page for the Pumpkins, so it remains to be seen.
The Orange Peel, host to an 8-night run of Smashing Pumpkins shows slated for June got a taste of the big time today when it tried putting tickets on sale for the shows. Demand was so high that it crashed the servers and tickets never made it to consumers.
In the end, they have punted. They are going to let Ticketmaster handle ticketing for the event. Dates are up on ticketmaster for the shows, but no new sale time has been announced. Tickets will go on sale here so keep checking for an announcement of the new on sale date.
