Astros Making it Tight in the Central
The Houston Astros have won seven in a row after tonight's victory, which coupled with a St. Louis Cardinals loss to the Padres means Roger Clemens is just a game and a half from another shot at the playoffs. FIFA Vice President Accused of Scalping $1 Million in World Cup Tickets

The Warehouse announced today that Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds will be performing two acoustic shows at the Santa Barbara Bowl on October 28 and 29, 2006.
Reserved tickets for these special shows will be offered through the Dave Matthews Band official fan club, the Warehouse. If you want in on the Dodgers, your quickest option is to put down a deposit for next season and get in on Tuesday morning's partial plan / 2007 deposit password. Fans will be permitted to purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets for each game played at Comerica Park."

The registration period begins at 10 a.m. C.T. today and runs until Sunday, September 17 at 5 p.m. CT. 2006 National League Division Series and League Championship Series tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 19 at 9:00 a.m.
There is no particular advantage to registering early as fans will be randomly chosen for the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets for one of the seven home games that might occur at Busch Stadium.
