If you download and install the toolbar, there will be a bunch of buttons and tabs at the top. One of them says "Message Horde". It's pretty hard to miss. If you can't see it, let us know what you are doing and what is happening.
Can you post it again in the message horde link. I must have not read it and I deleted the messgae. Sorry and thanks.

I downloaded the toolbar but don't see the info on the tickets, help?
