In February 2006, Kenny Chesney will be performing on a secret island in the Bahamas, and members of the KCOFC, the Kenny Chesney Official Fan Club, are invited to take a cruise to the concert! Two spectacular eco-friendly ships, the Majesty of the Seas and the Sovereign of the Seas, will sail in tandem to a secret island in the Bahamas, a weekend musical adventure that is destined to be a once-in-a lifetime experience.
Several artists are being handpicked for this special occasion to provide music on the boat as you are whisked away to the Caribbean. The artists will be performing on both ships, giving fans the opportunity to see some of their favorite bands and performers in unique settings. Exciting events, delectable cuisine, two private island destinations, and an exclusive group of fans will make the experience unforgettable.Monday, February 27, 2006 kicks off a welcoming party on each ship's pool deck. Live entertainment, dancing, and other activities will continue all evening and into the early hours in the ships' wide assortment of venues: themed lounges, nightclubs, pools, restaurants, and casinos. The ships will be sailing through tropical waters when fans awake on Tuesday.
Tuesday, February 28, 2006 brings a day of relaxation in CocoCay, a private island resort. Passengers may sunbathe, stroll, relax, and indulge in a variety of water sports and a BBQ party on the beach. Afternoon concerts will occur on board both ships, culminating in headline concerts (Artists TBA) in the boats' Main Showrooms.The ships will anchor in Nassau, Bahamas, on Wednesday morning, March 1, 2006, and all passengers will have a chance to enjoy the ship or the shore throughout the day. That evening will hit its peak with the Kenny Chesney show on the beach, under the stars, among the swaying palms. Following the concert, fans may enjoy a late-night dance party into the wee hours of the morning.For the final day, March 2, 2006, enjoy a relaxing day at sea with an Artist "Q & A" Session, Texas Hold 'em Tournament for a huge $$ jackpot, Line Dance Competition and poolside afternoon concert. The entire trip will be topped off with a Gala Farewell dinner and an opportunity to hit the clubs and bars to dance and party the night away.
