Presale tickets for the Cumberland County Civic Center Toby Keith concert go on sale Wednesday, January 3 at noon local venue time and end Friday at 5p.m. EST. The concert will take place on January 27. The general public sale for this show is Saturday, Jan. 6. You must be a member of the Toby Keith fan club to participate in this presale.
