A man who attempted to presell but failed to deliver Ohio State Michigan football tickets in 2005, was sentenced to 2 years, 10 months in prison.
Mark West, who sold the tickets through an on-line auction site, was convicted of theft and fraud for bilking 250 customers who bought tickets to the game at Michigan.
West, 54, has spent 11 months in jail and will remain there another 23 months. He is also required to pay $162,909 to those who bought the tickets.
