The amazing thing about this article is that the people were actually misguided enough to forward their tickets directly to Stubhub. Proving that you sold your tickets is VERY difficult. Forwarding them to a ticket broker makes it VERY easy.
This was a move, apparently to help pave the way and possibly to publicize the fact that the Yankees will be making money off of their own scalped tickets next season. How exciting - one of the least organized "organizations" in sports running secondary ticketing.
