The only way to get a Rolling Stones presale code for the fan club sale tomorrow is to join the fan club. They will be unique individualized presale codes that run $100 each.
For the last run of presales, the Rolling Stones offered every joined up before May 9th of 2005 earlier access than all new members. They have not stated whether or not that will still be the case, but it does not appear so judging by the Ticketmaster purchase page.
It is likely that you will be able to join as you buy tickets, but there are no guarantees.
In a way, you have to nothing to lose by joining the Rolling Stones Fan Club for presale access because they will refund your money if you don't buy tickets.
For most cities, there will be an AMEX presale and other promoter presales as well, going on simultaneously. The other presales are free, but the ticket selection will likely not be as good. The presale password for the Amex presales will be AMEX. The others will be posted here by morning.
