To obtain your EC Access ticket code, login to http://www.ECaccess.cc and go to the ‘Tour’ page located at the top of the navigation bar. Your personal code will be located at the top of this page. (Please do not share this code with anyone. The code is valid for one purchase of two tickets (or two single-ticket purchases) for the entire US tour (not per show). The re-sale or other misuse of this code may result in loss of EC Access privileges without advance notice.)
You can access the pre-sale ticketing page by clicking the pre-sale button next to the tour date you would like to purchase tickets for or by clicking on the Ticketmaster link noted above. Though not required, EC Access recommends creating a Ticketmaster account ahead of time at http://www.ticketmaster.com/member to expedite the purchase process. Likewise, please do not “refresh” your browser repeatedly prior to the sale since Ticketmaster’s system may temporary block access to their site causing a delay in how soon you could get through for tickets.
