Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus doesn't have quite the tour schedule his daughter, Miley Cyrus, has these days. The Achy Breaky Heart singer has a single upcoming show, and it will be at the Glass Cactus Nightclub in Grapevine, TX at the end of January.
