Canadian rocker Avril Lavigne has already announced plans for a North American tour to back her latest album, The Best Damn Thing, which features the hit single Girlfriend. However, an additional date has been added at Target Center in Minneapolis, and there will be a presale for tickets to this show on Wednesday morning.
