FIFA did a great job of preventing overseas brokers from scalping tickets to the 2006 World Cup - going as far as to require the names and social security or passport numbers of all game attendees at the time of order placement. But they may have overlooked internal ticket sellers! Their Vice President, according to an AP report, is being accused of scalping about $1 million worth of tickets. Check out
